
Synopsis
Elías is a young man who, after a very successful start as a horror writer, is now filled with insecurities and creatively blocked. He goes to Mercedes, his trusted therapist. During a therapy session, Elías reveals what happened the last time he tried writing, along with the mysterious and terrible events surrounding his creative process. Is Elías suffering from impostor syndrome? Or is he being influenced by something ancient and terrifying?

Jenny Rosiquez, born in Mixquiahuala de Juárez, Hidalgo, studied at the SAE INSTITUTE MEXICO, where she was attracted by cinematographic sound, production, and execution. After entering the professional field, her aptitudes pointed her towards the Direction department. Thanks to her experience in several projects as Direction Trainee and 2nd 2nd, she currently works as 2nd AD. Her favorite genres are terror, fantasy, and sci-fi, but she also enjoys drama, suspense, action, animation, and documentaries. Throughout her career, she’s had the opportunity of working in productions such as Adam Brooks’ “Imposters”, Manolo Caro’s “La Casa de las Flores”, and James Schamus’ “Somos”, starting as 2nd AD in this last project. She has also been able to learn from and work alongside renowned directors such as Natalia Beristain, Hiromi Kamata, Ernesto Contreras, Álvaro Curiel, Mariana Chenillo, Humberto Hinojosa, among others. In recent years, she has participated in several productions for platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount, and Star+, notably “Historia de un Crimen: Colosio”, “Repatriado”, and “La cabeza de Joaquín Murrieta”. Her latest projects include Gabriel Ripstein’s “La Máquina” and Ernesto Contreras’ “Tengo Que Morir Todas las Noches”. Read less
