James Smith, born on March 20th 1996, is a filmmaker with a passion for stop motion animated films. He's been creating stop motion films for over ten years. His award-winning short films Monster Encounters (2020) and Demons in the Closet (2023) have been screened at over 100 international film festivals. Festival screenings for his films include festivals like Slamdance, Fantastic Fest, Tampere Film Festival and many more.
