2001 SCREAMFEST HORROR FILM FESTIVAL AWARDS ANNOUNCED
LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Oct. 25, 2001 – Screamfest first ever festival awarded this year’s top movies, filmmakers, actors and screenplay Friday during the fest’s closing night. Screamfest, which ran for two days starting Oct. 24 – 25, 2001 at the Vogue Theatre (6675 HOLLYWOOD BLVD.,) in Hollywood, CA. Since it's beginning Screamfest has launched careers – providing a platform for filmmakers and actors to showcase their latest work to horror film enthusiasts and general audiences.
